One of the cool things about this trip is that I get to hang out with my friends Dave and Edi.
Lest anyone infer from this photo that Dave did not have a rip-roaring time in Israel last time, let it be known that he and Edi (not pictured) are coming back for Round Two. That says all you need to know. So much for a picture painting a thousand words! Not this picture. All this is good for is a couple of hundred chuckles.
Dave, you are so godly to put up with my cheekiness.
I think that's why I'm looking forward so much to spending the next couple of weeks with you as we go to the ends of the earth in search of more candid photos of biblical wildlife.
